The 2026 Tour de France returns to Alpe d'Huez on stage 20, but not by the direct route. This 171-kilometer stage from Le Bourg-d'Oisans climbs the Col de Sarenne from the south before descending back to the valley and finishing with the familiar 21 hairpins.
