The Giro della Magna Grecia was not held in 2026. The new stage race in southern Italy, organized by ExtraGiro, was planned for April 12 to 16 and would have been the first edition. In March it was postponed without a new date while the organizer, Italy’s professional cycling league and the UCI were in talks, Ciclismoweb reported. By mid-April Domestique listed it among the races ExtraGiro had canceled.
