Tour of Austria 2026

Tour of Austria 2026 brings six stages of Alpine racing across Austria in July. Isaac Del Toro defends after winning the 2025 edition. The race rewards climbers and all-rounders who can handle consecutive mountain days at genuine Alpine difficulty.

Del Toro has the climbing talent for the summit finishes. Ulissi won in 2024 and knows Austrian roads. Gall brings local Alpine knowledge. Storer and Lipowitz have both performed well at this level. The race attracts a strong field outside the Tour de France window, and breakaways succeed more often here because team depth is thinner.
