Stage 6 of the 2026 Giro d'Italia runs 161 kilometers from Paestum to Napoli on May 13, the last flat stage before the race turns inland and upward. The route follows the Campanian coast north through rolling terrain that never quite settles, then drops into the city for a technical finish that will reward positioning as much as raw speed.
