Liege-Bastogne-Liege, also known as Luik-Bastenaken-Luik or La Doyenne (the oldest of the Monuments), is the final Monument of the spring. The 2026 edition covers 259.5 km through the Belgian Ardennes, with the full classic climb sequence culminating at La Redoute and Roche-aux-Faucons before the fast finish in Liege.
Tadej Pogacar returns as defending champion and world champion, hunting a fourth Liege-Bastogne-Liege victory. Remco Evenepoel leads the Belgian challenge on home Ardennes roads. The 112th edition covers 259.5 kilometers with the full classic sequence of La Redoute and Roche-aux-Faucons.
The race starts in Liege and heads south to Bastogne before returning north through the Ardennes. The decisive action begins on the Cote de la Redoute with 34 km to go and the Cote de la Roche-aux-Faucons with 13 km remaining. The finish is in Liege city center.
