About Paris-Roubaix

The 123rd Paris-Roubaix starts in Compiegne on April 12 and finishes in the Roubaix velodrome after 258.3km and 30 pave sectors. A redesigned early cobbled sequence packs four sectors back to back, the Arenberg forest remains the emotional centerpiece, and Carrefour de l Arbre is the last decisive test with 15km to go.

2026

The 2026 Paris-Roubaix brings 30 pave sectors and 54.8km of cobbles between Compiegne and the Roubaix velodrome. The early sectors have been redesigned so the first four follow one another with almost no asphalt in between, creating an unprecedented density of cobbles before the race even reaches the Arenberg forest. Mathieu van der Poel arrives as the three-time defending champion chasing a fourth consecutive win, a feat only achieved once in the race history. Tadej Pogacar is expected to return after skipping 2025, setting up the most anticipated cobbled duel of the spring.

Watch

The race typically reaches the first cobble sectors around midday local time. The Arenberg forest is expected in the early afternoon, with the decisive Carrefour de l Arbre sector and the finish in Roubaix in the late afternoon.
