The 2026 Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift starts with a controlled-looking flat block, adds a hilly middle section and one individual time trial, then turns the race sharply upward with Mont Ventoux and a final mountain day in Nice. It is a shorter route than the men's Tour, but it is arranged to keep the yellow jersey under pressure into the last weekend.

Route and stages

ASO's route presentation confirmed nine stages and 1,175 km from Lausanne to Nice. The race opens with three flat stages, uses the 21 km Mâcon to Belleville-en-Beaujolais time trial as the single pure race against the clock, and then builds to Mont Ventoux on stage 7 before finishing with a 99 km mountain stage around Nice.
