Stage 6 of the 2027 Tour de France Femmes runs 138 km from Orléans to Bourges on Wednesday, August 4, and is the flattest stage of the race, with about 820 meters of climbing. It is the clearest sprint opportunity of the nine days.
The route crosses the Sologne forests and the Berry. CyclingUpToDate reports no major classified climbs and a last 900 m that rises at about 2 percent.
Bourges also hosts the start of stage 8 of the men’s Tour on July 10. For the overall contenders the day is about staying out of trouble before the Massif Central starts the next morning.
