The 79th Tour de Romandie runs six stages from Villars-sur-Glane to Leysin, April 28 to May 3. Tadej Pogacar and Primoz Roglic headline a deep GC field in the last serious WorldTour stage race before the Grand Tours. The prologue time trial in Villars-sur-Glane sets early gaps. Circuit stages in Martigny and Orbe offer tactical opportunities. The mountain stages to Charmey and Leysin are the decisive vertical tests. Florian Lipowitz, Pavel Sivakov, Antonio Tiberi, and Luke Plapp complete a GC field that makes Romandie the most loaded week-long race of the spring.
