Milano-Torino 2027 is on Wednesday, March 17. The organizer has published the date and not the route or the start time.

The 2026 race, on March 18, was the 107th edition and marked 150 years of a race that calls itself the oldest in the world. It was 174 kilometers long and went up the Colle di Superga twice, 4.9 kilometers at 9.1 percent, with the finish at the top the second time.

Six riders formed the breakaway and had 1 minute 40 seconds at most. They were caught on the first ascent of Superga, where Primož Roglič attacked a couple of kilometers from the top with Jefferson Cepeda, Cian Uijtdebroeks and Tom Pidcock. A front group of about a dozen riders formed after it.

On the second ascent Movistar sent Uijtdebroeks up the road, and Roglič, Pidcock, Cepeda and Tobias Halland Johannessen answered. Roglič made the first move in the last kilometer. Pidcock attacked with 500 meters to go and won, four seconds ahead of Johannessen and five ahead of Roglič. "I hesitated to attack but eventually I did and the timing was right," he said.
