UAE Tour Women 2027

That 2026 edition had four stages. Three were for the sprinters, with finishes in Madinat Zayed, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and the last one ended on top of Jebel Hafeet after a start in Al Ain. The climb was 10 kilometers long, mostly at 8 to 9 percent, and steepest, at 11 percent, 3 kilometers from the finish.

Lorena Wiebes won all three sprints. The third, at Abu Dhabi Breakwater, was her ninth stage win in a race that had held 15 stages by then, and she went into the last day with a lead of 18 seconds over Lara Gillespie. Her team had meant to ride the last stage for Anna van der Breggen, but she was sick and the team took no risk with her.

On Jebel Hafeet Amanda Spratt attacked a little before 4 kilometers to go, and Elisa Longo Borghini let the others make their moves first. Her last attack came with 3 kilometers to go. It dropped Kasia Niewiadoma-Phinney, who had followed her earlier move, and Longo Borghini rode to the finish alone. Monica Trinca Colonel and Femke de Vries passed Niewiadoma-Phinney on the way up and finished 12 and 14 seconds behind the winner. In the final standings the margins were 16 and 17 seconds.

It was Longo Borghini's third overall win in the four editions of the race and her third stage win on Jebel Hafeet, after 2023 and 2025. She said afterward that she had come off an ordinary winter and that this win had been harder than the one in 2025. Trinca Colonel had been fourth in 2025, and De Vries called her third place the best result of her career.
