Ronde van Brugge 2027 preview

The Ronde van Brugge 2027 is on Wednesday, March 24, in Bruges. The organizer has not published a route or a start time.

The race took its name in 2026. Until then it was the Classic Brugge-De Panne. The 2026 edition, the 50th, started and finished in Bruges on March 25 after 202.9 kilometers.

Wind shaped that day without deciding it. The peloton split past the halfway point and again along the Damse Vaart, and both times it came back together; a gap of a minute was closed quickly. Davide Ballerini went clear alone late in the race and was caught 4 kilometers from the finish, and Max Walscheid tried after him and was caught in the last kilometer.

Jasper Philipsen started the sprint first. Dylan Groenewegen came off his wheel and won by half a bike length, with Max Kanter third. Groenewegen had punctured on the last lap. It was his third win in six days in Belgium, after the Bredene Koksijde Classic and the GP MonserΓ©, all for Unibet Rose Rockets, the team he had joined for 2026.
