The junior women cover 80.4km with 1,614 meters of climbing. The distance looks compact, but the elevation turns it into a fast race of repeated selections. A strong all-rounder can use the climbs to shed sprinters and still have enough speed for the rising Avenue du Parc finish.

Riders to watch: Canada’s selected group of Molly Flynn, Élodie Malois, Elly Moore, Sandrine Veilleux and Julia Lehmann offers home support and recent international experience. The United States named Liliana Edwards, Emma Jimenez Palos, Sofia Tripcevich and Sophia Wellmeier to its junior women’s team. The UCI has published official entries for this event.
